So, I've been trying to figure out how people make these GREAT deals when using coupons. I've been following some blogs and gathering newspaper inserts. We got these great Procter and Gamble coupons in the Sunday paper today. So, I made an attempt to make some purchases today at Walgreens. I really screwed it all up! Two of the Register Reward coupons didn’t print up, so I went to the other Walgreens on my way back home to find out why. Well, I didn’t buy BOTH of the items for the one (I thought it was either/or) and there was no reason why for the other. So, I returned them both and got back MORE than I had spent on them, because I had originally used coupons. Well, now I just feel like I cheated the system, which was never my intent! Ugh…

Wedding Supplies
I got strangely about the inexpensive wedding items that I bought today. I guess it is not strange for me to be excited about these things...it is my nature to love getting bargains on things that I wanted to buy anyway and that they all match! Really, most women love planning thier weddings. Now I can see why! Invitations (postcard-style for our informal wedding), thank you notes (both big and small for special notes of thanks for people who helped and for everyone who gets us a gift), address labels, some magnets with our wedding date, a notebook with matching pin, a tee shirt and a tote bag! I got everything from VistaPrint - and it only cost about $29. I put a sweet poem on the large thank you cards for gifts and a special saying...sharing our lives and our love!
